Q. Do you provide a delivery service?
 
A. Free delivery to the Frances Bay Mooring Basin (Duck Pond), Fishermans Wharf and Sea Swift. Freight charges may apply outside of these areas.
 
Q. Do you inspect life jackets (PFD's)?
 
A. Yes! The following brands – Relax, Roaring Forties and Axis.
 
Q. Do you accept expired flares for correct disposal?
 
A. Yes, delivery to Darwin Shipstores during normal business hours.
 
Q. What if I don't need a whole coil of rope?
 
A. Not a problem! We sell most popular sizes (eg. 8mm, 10mm and 12mm silver rope) by the metre.
 
Q. I live/work remote; can I purchase items over the phone?
 
A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards and direct debit banking facilities.

 
Q. Do you provide a marine engineering service?
 

A. Yes, we have a contracted marine engineer available for quotes and repairs as required.
